The Institute for Security Studies (ISS) through its Environmental Security Programme (ESP) cordially invites you to a half day seminar on ‘Drought, Policy and Food Security in Kenya’ on 10th March 2009 at the Panafric Hotel in Nairobi. The ISS is a regional think tank that undertakes applied research on human security as broadly understood. It engages in the research debate across Africa though collaborative efforts with among others the East African Police Chiefs Cooperation Organization (EAPCCO) and the Inter-Governmental Authority on Development (IGAD).
