The Second IREN Sino-Africa Forum

The Inter Region Economic Network (IREN) in collaboration with Shanghai Institute for International Studies is proud to announce its second informal Sino-Africa brainstorming session that will focus on China's relations with Kenya and Africa in the face of a changing international system and impact of emerging economies. Leading scholars from Kenya specializing in international relations and research institutes and think tank leaders are invited. The Chinese delegation is headed by the President of the Shanghai Institute for International Studies Prof. Yang Jieman. The Ambassador of the Peoples' Republic of China to the Republic of Kenya, Mr. Liu Guangyuan will also be present. This event will take place on January 3rd, 2011, 9.30 am -12.00 noon in Nairobi, Kenya.
