To The Honorable Premier of Limpopo

God bless your existence. Your thoughts in the article: Africa: Bright Future Beckons cannot be more succinctly or comprehensively stated, regarding the responsibility for the conceptual acceptance of Africa for the African at Home and those abroad. Your broad in-depth layout of obligations for the African, outlined to answer the call for his immediate recognition and responsibility to the duty to take command of himself and master his obligatory discernment of the "Hour at Hand" should not pose any difficulty in its understanding, absorption and digestion by honest and honorable free African Nation States and their leaders. The references throughout your concisely pointed statements lay the foundation for a step-by-step guide to the construction of a Constitution of the future "United States of Africa."

My Dad was born in Carricou, Granada in 1898. I was Born in 1930 and as far back as I can candidly recollect, I always heard my father’s concerns and witnessed his active commitments related to the words of the Hon. Marcus Garvey in which he advocated that the freedom of Black African' throughout the globe could never literally 'be,' until Mother Africa is Free. It is not an uncommon expectation for me to hear and read your words of expressions in wise modesty,-- (for the sake of subtle acceptance and not to  rattling defiance) -expressing the needed long term commitments that challenge the Veracity of our Moral Character to accept and submit as of "Now" to dedicate our Souls to work towards the inevitable divine destiny of Africa’s future. The African ought to realise that his future commands that he controls -- and is accountable for his own existence as an established autonomist.

The African mindset of our leaders should hope for an 'Age' of peace and plenty, prosperity, love and harmony in perpetuity for our race, as the wages we have earned from the suffering, sacrifices ignorance and weaknesses of the past. Our needs are to build institutions for the establishing of Nations that will not be easily moved into recurring neo-conditions of vulnerability to disadvantages we have not yet fully separated ourselves from.  Our past could be considered as sacrifices made in order to be recharged with the zeal and hunger for knowing our true and living autonomy in strength.

We have the greatest depth of understanding and insight into suffering, dehumanization and all the rest of it while we are standing on the richest, most abundant agricultural future that the world will be crawling in need for, -- our potential to develop our water potentials for purposes of the largest irrigation projects ever,--the need to concentrate in a vast 100 year roads building project where all roads would lead and connect to and from The Democratic Republic of the Congo (as an example) as the central hub throughout the entire continent,--leading to the North and South of the Indian Ocean, the Mediterranean Sea, East and West potential, and the vast length of the Atlantic stretch.

Our nations states must massively send out its potential: electrical, civil, military core of engineers, -- Mandate the programs that will wholesale the education of thousands upon thousands of doctors, chemists, plumbers carpenters etc., programmed and allocated to go out and return to engage in the world’s biggest projects and not neglecting the importance of constructing dams, re-routing the directions of rivers and creating water reservoirs where they 'now' do not exist. A United States of Africa is an exciting concept whose day has arrived.

Some of our corrupt leaders have received large sums of money to allow Nuclear Nations to dump their Nuclear waste materials on African soil. 140,000,000 acres of the richest agricultural lands including vital water ways have been sold to European nations for the  benefit of their nations because of the anticipated global shortage of food and water. The Sales in no form or fashion benefit the African since the produce and exports will not be utilized in Africa to the further immediate hunger and thirst of our people who are suffering these vitally basic negatives at this time.

I have been a member since the early days of my Dad’s membership in the past internally problematic issues of the "Universal Negro Improvement Association" founded by Hon. Marcus Garvey. I find this to be a new day, a new mind with greater poise and a bit more patience to listen to one another and a more valued sense in the intrinsic values of reasoning and understanding in order to make wise judgments. I remain a principled activist of and for positive and objective programs as you have made available to the sages of our future. I pray that My Soul will be blessed to see that age of 'Africa' Glory Days' in Spirit since it is a long distance in time and space for me to ever actually see its manifestation but thankful to be able to envision its image.
