James Shikwati, Director, Inter Region Economic Network will join renowned authors, artists’ poets and publishers from all over the world for the 8th International Literature Festival in Berlin. Shikwati will be among 25 African writers invited to discuss various facets of African literature with scientists and experts on African dialogue, social themes and urbanity in the annual event that runs from September  24 to October 4, 2008.
