Africa should Improve its Governance Systems

One of the major factors impeding development in Africa is poor governance systems. Governance comprises the traditions, institutions and processes that determine how power is exercised, how citizens are given a voice, and how decisions are made on issues of public concern. How can we then improve our governance systems? Should we learn from our ancestors and traditions?

How can we attain true women’s emancipation? Up to when shall we blame unseen forces such as witchcraft, demons and evil spirits for our misfortunes and problems that inhibit our progress?  How can Africa fly to prosperity?
