The Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Republic of Kenya and the Inter Region Economic Network in Kenya will host a one day seminar on China – Africa Media Cooperation.

The seminar, organized in line with the China-Africa Joint Research and Exchange Plan under the framework of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) will feature High level officials from the Government of Kenya and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in China. Media practitioners and academia from China and African countries will also participate.

The forum will discuss the state of Chinese and African media in the world; The role of Chinese and African media in the world; Opportunities and challenges offered by China-Africa media cooperation; How to enhance the global say of Chinese and African media; and How to promote China-Africa relations and realize shared dreams through media cooperation.
