Theme: Conquering Poverty in Africa through Business

Venue: Nakuru, Kenya

The Inter Region Economic Network (IREN Kenya) is glad to hold the 3rd Africa Resource Bank meeting on Nov 27-30, 2005. Africa resource bank is a network of organizations and individuals with a purpose of promoting concepts that will enhance economic freedom and wealth creation in Africa. They include: sound business environment, rule of law, respect of property, individual liberty and market economics/free enterprise. ARB draws its participation from Africa, Africans in the Diaspora, business people, Non Governmental Organizations and policy makers in government.  

The event is tentatively set to take place at Nakuru, 150 miles from Nairobi, Kenya. Members from all African countries and friends of Africa are encouraged to participate for it will be a unique opportunity to brainstorm on the future of Africa. Individuals and organisations interested should send abstracts on the topics below and on any other topics relevant to the theme by September 20, 2005 and submit papers by October 15, 2005.

Please fill an online registration form at www.irenkenya.org and pay a fee of US$300 by September 15, 2005. IREN Kenya will provide details on hotel booking soon BUT will not pay for travel and accommodation expenses. Meals will be provided during sessions.
