The Director Inter Region Economic Network, Mr. James Shikwati, left for Oslo Norway on October 16, 2005 following an invitation by the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation. Mr. Shikwati made a presentation at the NORAD’s Poverty Conference in Oslo on Reclaiming Africa – The Millennium Development Goals from an African Perspective.
