The role of foreign aid will be on the spotlight this thursday as James Shikwati, Director, Inter Region Economic Network and CEO of The African Executive engages USAID Kenya's Dwight Smith, Kenya's Acting Finance Minister John Michuki and the public. The event organised by the Kenya Alliance of Resident Associations (KARA) at Kenyatta International Conference Center on 18th September 2008 will be graced by Christian Hegemer, head of Institute for International Contact and Cooperation at the Hanns Seidel Foundation.
