James Shikwati (CEO, The African Executive and Director of Inter Region Economic Network) will speak during the European Liberal Democratic and Reform  Party Congress. 

The event that will take place in the Swedish Capital of Stockholm from 30-31st October 2008 will take stock of the many European achievements in the last four years while at the same time chart a way forward.

The European Liberal Democratic and Reform Party brings together parties with common liberal, democratic and reform ideals from more than 30 European countries.
