James Shikwati, Director, IREN Kenya is in Oslo to engage the Norwegian Minister of Foregn Affairs, Jonas Gahr Store and Minister of Environment and International Development, Erik Solheim on The Impact of Africa: Political Partner and Global Actor.

The forum that will be moderated by Bente E. Engesland at the Nobel Peace center, Radhusplassen will also feature:
