As part of the Democratic Accountability Project, the Centre for Democracy and Development (CDD) has flagged off an initiative called the "Buharimeter" (www.buharimeter.ng). This initiative is to track the implementation process and progress of the promises made by the President-elect when he assumes office by May 29, 2015.  Consequently, CDD is inviting young Nigerians to participate in an essay competition titled “If I am the President of Nigeria.”
